Sovereign California was the flagship of Sovereign Health Group, headquartered in the coastal community of San Clemente. It was one of California’s leading residential and outpatient treatment providers, helping people regain control of their health through care for addiction, mental health, dual diagnosis, and eating disorders. Its programs combined a full continuum of evidence-based therapies with a holistic approach that treated the underlying causes, not just the symptoms.
The Challenge
As Sovereign Health Group grew, its California treatment centres needed a dedicated website that spoke directly to people seeking care in the state. Visitors arrive with different needs, some looking for themselves, others for a family member or an employee. The site had to guide each of them quickly, answer insurance questions up front, and make reaching an admissions specialist effortless.
Solution & Strategy
We designed a calm, hopeful look in Photoshop, with a sunset-over-the-ocean hero, soft blues, and a “Steps Toward Healing” message that sets a reassuring tone. We built it as a custom WordPress template in HTML and CSS. Colour-coded “Who do you want to help?” buttons guide visitors to the right path, and a help request form, 24/7 hotline, live chat, and downloadable brochure keep the next step within reach. Program cards explain each treatment option, while video testimonials, facility photos, insurance partner logos, and accreditation badges build trust with every scroll.
