Solidice Gaming Logo
Solidice Gaming was a game and voice server hosting company that gave gamers and clans a fast, reliable place to play. With data centres across the United States, it offered low-ping game servers, Ventrilo and TeamSpeak voice servers, web hosting, and Shoutcast streaming, all backed by a full control panel and friendly support. InterVolt Development created the Solidice Gaming logo to give the brand a bold, polished identity.
The Challenge
Solidice Gaming, an InterVolt Development passion project, needed a logo for its website. The mark had to feel at home in the gaming world, look solid and dependable for a hosting service, and work across the site header, control panel, server banners, and social profiles.
Solution & Strategy
We modelled the emblem’s dimensional shapes in Swift3D, then refined the brushed-silver finish, lighting, and depth in Photoshop. The emblem is built from two interlocking curves that form a stylised “S” inside a circle, suggesting motion and connection between players. We paired it with a sporty italic “Solidice” in cyan-teal and a clean silver “Gaming,” above a “Gaming & Web Hosting” tagline. The identity is presented as an embossed 3D version, a flat wordmark for everyday use, and a standalone metallic icon, with a colour guide of cyan-teal and cool metallic grey.
