DARK TECH DESIGNER PORTFOLIO // Launched June 2005

Web Portfolio of Jeff Saxon V2 Website

This personal portfolio website introduced Jeff Saxon, founder of InterVolt Development, back in 2005. It showcased his projects across web design, Flash animation, illustration, 3D modelling, photography, and video, and gave visitors a behind-the-scenes look at his early journey into web development.

The Challenge

A designer’s own website is their business card, so it has to show what they can do from the very first glance. Jeff wanted a personal site that showcased his growing portfolio, let him post new projects and news easily, and promoted the client websites he had built.

Solution & Strategy

We designed a bold, dark interface in steel blue with bright orange accents, paired with an industrial, tech-inspired banner that invites visitors to “enter the mind of an underground web designer.” We built it in HTML and CSS. Clear sections for his story, goals, portfolio, and contact keep it easy to explore. Updatable “Latest Projects” and “News & Events” panels with previous and next controls let Jeff add new work anytime. A client advertisement area and a “Latest Portfolio Additions” spotlight promote the websites he created for his clients.
