ONLINE MULTIMEDIA LIBRARY PLATFORM // Launched April 2009
Nulleo Media Center V3 Website
Nulleo Media Center was an in-house InterVolt Development platform that gave users one secure online home for all their media. Members could upload, organise, and stream their music, videos, photos, documents, and favourite YouTube clips from anywhere, and share them with friends through a built-in social network.
The Challenge
In the days before cloud storage was everywhere, people’s music and video collections were scattered across computers, old websites, and hard drives that could fail at any moment. Files were easily lost, with no simple place to back them up, organise them, or enjoy them online. We set out to build one secure home for all of it, with a social twist.
Solution & Strategy
We designed a sleek, glossy interface in Photoshop, with a scenic backdrop, polished icons, and a dark media-player feel that makes browsing a library enjoyable. We built it in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Clear tabs for music, videos, photos, documents, live content, and friends keep everything organised. A built-in player, playlists, favourites, and folder views let users play their collections instantly. Privacy settings, friend lists, messaging, and social sharing turned Nulleo into a personal media centre and a small multimedia community in one.
