IncentiveTravel.com is an online community built for the incentive and meeting travel industry. It connects suppliers, buyers, and planners in one place, where members can network with colleagues, find and review suppliers, search destinations, request proposals, and stay current on industry news and trade shows. In a world that thrives on relationships, IncentiveTravel.com gets you connected. InterVolt Development designed a four-page print brochure in Photoshop to introduce the platform.
The Challenge
IncentiveTravel.com offered a wide range of tools for travel professionals, from networking and supplier reviews to RFPs, advertising, and premium listings. It needed a print brochure that explained everything clearly to busy industry professionals. The brochure also had to feel like travel, so readers would want to join, list their business, or advertise.
Solution & Strategy
We designed a polished four-page brochure in Photoshop, pairing a clean orange, blue, and charcoal brand palette with dreamy tropical photography. Page one introduces the community and its mission, with three highlights: Connect With Colleagues, Explore the World, and Gather Business Reviews. Page two uses bright circular icons to walk through eight key features, from Find Products & Services to Locate Special Events. Page three covers supplier advertising options and a free basic listing. Page four promotes the Preferred Listing upgrade with a website preview, benefits, and pricing by category. A consistent header, page numbers, and a “Sign up today, it’s free to join!” footer tie every page together.
